Twinkle Teepee – USER AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Fully payment or $50 deposit to confirm booking. We accept bank transfer and cash.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND: We will refund you fully if cancellation is made 28 days prior to the party date. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if cancellation is made on any other day.
CHANGE REQUEST: We suggest you carefully choose the quantity of teepees when making the booking. Once your booking is confirmed, change requests are not guaranteed. Subject to availability, adding teepee/s will require making additional payment. No refund will be given if you decide to reduce the quantities in less than 14 days prior to party date.
SECURITY BOND: A security bond of $100 is required prior to the party. It needs to be deposited into the nominated bank account prior to party date or handed in as form of cash. The amount is refundable if all items are return in original conditions.
PARTY ITEMS AND DAMAGES: A check list with the rental items and any additional items picked by the client will be delivery to the client before we leave the party. Is the client responsibility to return all the items that are in the check list back in original condition next day. Any damage or lost items will be charged. Client has the right to look at items before we leave and let us know of any damages prior to renting our items. If any damages or stains are pointed by the client prior to the rental a note will be written in the check list.
Any damage or lost item except the tents will cost the item price. For any damaged teepee will cost $150 each. Client shall not be responsible for any damages caused by company´s employees, agents or assigns.
SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT: A non-smoke environment must be provided at all times during the party and also during the teepee/ tent rental. Twinkle Teepee will have the right to charge client a $200 cleaning fee in case any of the items has been exposed to smoke or any other outdoors related to it.
ALLERGIES: Twinkle Teepee is not responsible for allergic reactions and / or any medical reactions from wearing costumes, make up/nails products, facial mask or any activity taking place before, during or after the party. It is the host(ess) responsibly to investigate the allergies of invests and guests attending the event.
LIABILITY: We strictly provide entertainment. Please be aware that children need to be supervised. Twinkle Teepee assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party, unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of the Business. Twinkle Teepee decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions of Hire
